Chapter 2: Account Creation and Management

2.1 Creating a New Account

Steps:

  1. Visit the ThinkNavi landing page
  2. Click the “Get Started Free” button
  3. Fill in the registration form:
  4. Email Address: Used for login. Cannot be changed later
  5. Password: 8 characters or more. A combination of letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended
  6. Name: Used as your display name
  7. Company Name (optional): Enter for corporate use
  8. Click the “Register” button
  9. A confirmation email will be sent to the entered email address
  10. Click the verification link in the email to complete account verification

Notes:

  • If you don’t receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder
  • The verification link is valid for 24 hours
  • Some features are restricted until verification is complete
  • You can resend the verification email using the “Resend Verification Email” button

2.2 Logging In

Steps:

  1. Click the “Login” button on the ThinkNavi landing page
  2. Enter your registered email address and password
  3. Click the “Login” button

Session Persistence:

  • After logging in, your session persists even if you close the browser
  • For security, you will be automatically logged out after extended inactivity
  • If you need to log in again, repeat the steps above

2.3 Resetting Your Password

Steps:

  1. Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Click the “Send Reset Email” button
  4. Click the link in the email to set a new password

Notes:

  • The reset link is valid for 1 hour
  • Password must be 8 characters or more
  • Previously used passwords may be reused

2.4 Deleting Your Account

Steps:

  1. Click “Settings” in the sidebar
  2. Click the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the page
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear
  4. Select “Delete” to permanently delete your account and all data

Warning: This action cannot be undone. The following data will be deleted:

  • Chat history
  • Collected data and CSV files
  • Built concept structure models
  • Access to purchased Mindware content
  • Personal Model
  • Concierge configurations

2.5 Common Account Issues

IssueCause and Solution
Verification email not receivedCheck your spam folder. In Gmail or Outlook, it may be classified under the “Promotions” tab. You can resend using “Resend Verification Email”
Cannot log inCheck the case of your email address. Try resetting your password
“Email not verified” messageClick the verification link in the registration email. If you can’t find it, request a resend
Sessions expire frequentlyCheck your browser’s cookie settings. Cookies must be allowed for the ThinkNavi domain
