Chapter 3: Dashboard
3.1 Dashboard Layout
This is the first screen displayed after login. It provides an at-a-glance overview of your account status.
The dashboard displays the following cards:
Subscription Status Card
Displays your current plan and status.
| Display Item | Description | Example |

| Plan Name | Current plan | Free / Personal / Team |
| Status | Subscription state | Active / Trial / Canceled / Past Due |
| Trial Days Remaining | Shown only during trial | “7 days remaining” |
Status Meanings:
- Active: Currently active
- Trial: Trial period. Automatically transitions to paid plan after the period ends
- Canceled: Canceled. Usable until the end of the current billing period
- Past Due: Payment failed. Update your payment information on the Stripe billing page. If left unresolved, your account may be suspended
Credit Balance Card
Displays the status of credits used for AI operations.
Display Items:
- Plan Credits: Usage and remaining balance of monthly credits. Shown visually with a progress bar
- Green: Sufficient balance
- Yellow: Below 50% remaining
- Red: Below 10% remaining
- Bonus Credits: Balance of additionally purchased credits. No expiration
- Overage: Orange warning shown when both plan credits and bonus credits are exhausted. Pay-as-you-go billing applies
Usage Breakdown Table:
Usage by operation type for the current month is shown in table format:

Displays current month’s usage in counter format:
- Chat messages
- Embedding generations
- Model builds
- Data collection operations
App Directory Card
Quick-access cards to each feature. Click a card to navigate directly:
- Mindware → Mindware Store
- Data Collection → AutoResearch
- Chat → Thinking Support Chat
- Concept Map → Model & Explore
- Propensity → Propensity Analysis (AHP)
- Plan/Upgrade → Plan Management
3.2 Admin Features
Admin accounts display an “Admin” button at the top of the dashboard.
Admin Panel Features:
- View user list (email, plan, registration date, last login)
- Manually grant licenses to users
- System-wide usage statistics
Access to the admin panel is restricted to accounts registered with an administrator email address.
3.3 Dashboard Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause and Solution |
|---|---|
| Credit balance not displayed | Reload the page. This may be a server communication error |
| “Past Due” status displayed | Update your payment information (credit card number, expiration) on the Stripe billing page |
| Usage statistics stuck at 0 | Statistics update in real-time after operations complete. In-progress operations are not counted |
| Overage displayed | Purchase bonus credits. Purchased credits retroactively offset overages |
| Some app cards not displayed | Some features are restricted on the Free plan. Consider upgrading your plan |
