17.1 Plan Overview

17.2 Changing Your Plan

  1. Click “Plan” in the sidebar
  2. Click “Select Plan” for the desired plan
  3. Redirected to Stripe checkout
  4. Enter payment information and confirm
  5. Success screen appears and new plan takes effect immediately

Upgrade: New plan takes effect immediately. Prorated difference is charged.

Downgrade: Applied at the end of the current billing period. Current plan remains active until then.

17.3 Purchasing Additional Credits

Available for Personal plan and above.

Purchase Steps:

  1. Click “Purchase” for the desired package in the “Additional Credits” section on the Plan page
  2. Complete payment on Stripe checkout
  3. Purchased credits are added as “Bonus Credits”

Bonus Credit Features:

  • No expiration (carries over to subsequent months)
  • Used after plan credits are consumed

17.5 Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Find the “Cancel Subscription” section at the bottom of the Plan page
  2. Click “Cancel”
  3. Confirmation dialog “Are you sure you want to cancel?” appears
  4. Select “Cancel”
  5. All features remain available until the end of the current billing period
  6. After the period ends, automatically transitions to the Free plan

Note: Data is preserved after cancellation. Re-subscribing restores access to previous data.

17.6 Troubleshooting

Payment doesn’t completeStripe checkout may not open if browser popup blocker is active. Allow popups
Credits not reflected after plan changeReload the page. Webhook processing may take a few seconds
Overage charges appearingCheck the credit balance card on the dashboard and consider purchasing bonus credits
“Failed to create checkout session” errorMay be a temporary Stripe issue. Wait and try again
Charged after cancellationCancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. It is not immediate
