| Not authorized | Authentication expired | Reload the page and log in again |
| Invalid token | Auth token invalid | Log out and log in again |
| Email not verified | Email verification incomplete | Click the verification link in the registration email |
| Passwords do not match | Password mismatch | Verify password input |

| Credits exhausted | Insufficient credits | Purchase additional credits or wait for next month’s allocation |
| Rate limit reached | Usage limit reached | Monthly limit for Free plan reached. Consider upgrading |
| Free plan limit | Free plan restriction | Upgrade to Personal plan or above |

| No concepts extracted from content | Concept extraction failed | Source text may be too short. Provide more content |
| Service temporarily suspended | Service suspended | Owner’s credits are depleted |

| Training failed | Personal Model training failed | Check that you have 5+ kept messages and retry |
| Conversation already exists (409) | Conversation ID conflict | Check if you’re operating in multiple browser tabs |
