ThinkNavi Free brings practical analytical methods into an interactive environment for learning and applying strategic thinking and decision-making. Users enter factors, numbers, and assumptions themselves, then compare results and test alternatives. The design is to make the full mathematical capabilities of the manual-input methods available free of charge, both individually and in combination.
Seven Analysis Tools
- [SWOT & TOWS] — Organize strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, then generate strategy options from their combinations.
- [Quantitative SWOT & QSPM-Style Evaluation] — Weight factors, including with AHP, and quantitatively compare strategic options.
- [Morphological Analysis] — Explore parameter combinations and filter them through compatibility and other constraints.
- [Scenario Analysis] — Compare strategies across distinct future conditions and uncertainties.
- [Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)] — Derive priorities from pairwise comparisons and check judgment consistency.
- [Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA)] — Evaluate choices using nonlinear utilities, mandatory conditions, scenario-specific weights, and sensitivity analysis.
- [Bayesian Belief Networks (BBN)] — Enter conditional probability tables (CPTs) and perform exact probabilistic inference with the Junction Tree algorithm.
Combine Methods When Useful
SWOT can feed TOWS strategy generation; AHP can provide factor weights; QSPM-style evaluation or MCDA can compare the resulting options. Scenario analysis can test decisions under different assumptions and priorities. Each tool is designed for standalone use, with outputs available to support subsequent analyses when appropriate.
Free Use and Data Handling
All manual-input analytical methods are intended to be freely available without usage-based restrictions on mathematical features. The design prioritizes local saving and JSON import/export so users can work without handing their analysis data to an external hosting service. Actual availability, supported environments, and data-processing behavior will be described when the tools are released.
LLM-generated suggestions, automated research, large knowledge bases, data-driven concept structure maps built with GNG, and cloud management belong to other capabilities, including the ConceptMiner product family. Traditional hand-created [concept mapping](/en/methods/concept-map/) remains an encyclopedia topic rather than a ThinkNavi Free tool.
Note: This page describes the ThinkNavi Free feature plan; it does not claim that every software function is already deployed or verified.
