ThinkNavi for Small Business

Why Not Add an AI Concierge to Your Client’s Company or Store Website?

For independent consultants, professional service providers, training instructors, web production companies, and related partners

What Is an AI Concierge?

An AI Concierge is the chat widget installed at the bottom right of this page. It allows website visitors to ask questions through a chat interface.

For small and medium-sized companies, shops, clinics, schools, service providers, and local businesses, the AI Concierge can serve as a first-line customer inquiry desk, responding to common questions on behalf of the business.

Easy to Install

If your client already has documents containing the information the AI Concierge should use—such as sales materials, product manuals, service guides, FAQs, or website content—you only need to provide the URL or upload the file.

Supported file formats include PDF, Word documents (.docx), Markdown (.md), text files (.txt), and JSON.

ThinkNavi automatically creates the summaries and links needed for the AI Concierge to answer questions, then generates a shortcode. You simply paste that code into the website.

If the website uses WordPress, you can paste the code into a Custom HTML block or shortcode block.

Industry-Specific and Task-Specific Templates

Even if your client does not yet have suitable source documents, there is no need to worry.

ThinkNavi provides industry-specific and task-specific templates. By entering the necessary information and running the compile process, you can quickly create a typical customer inquiry desk.

You can also edit and refine the content using the built-in editor, allowing each AI Concierge to be customized for each company, store, or service.

Free Until Creation and Testing

You can create an AI Concierge and install it on a web page for testing. It can be tested in almost the same way as the live version.

If the test results are satisfactory, the client can move to live operation with a monthly subscription of $200.

Until then, there is no ThinkNavi subscription fee.

Please note, however, that creating and operating the AI Concierge uses the OpenAI API. Therefore, an OpenAI API key is required. If you do not have an OpenAI API key, you can use OpenAI through credits purchased within ThinkNavi.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the actual AI usage cost must be borne separately.

Creation and Maintenance Can Become Your Business

Once you create a ThinkNavi account, you can build multiple knowledge bases and AI Concierges.

By operating AI Concierges for multiple clients, you can create a source of recurring revenue.

We recommend reviewing and maintaining the content regularly so that each AI Concierge remains accurate and useful.

The AI Concierge does not display the ThinkNavi logo or name, so you can provide it to your clients as your own service.

Within the ThinkNavi dashboard, you can view usage data for each knowledge base and AI Concierge. Based on this usage information, you can invoice your clients for your own service fees.

The AI Concierge Is an Entry Point into the AI Business

The first step is to install an AI Concierge as a customer inquiry desk.

But this is only the beginning.

ThinkNavi does not merely create small knowledge bases or AI Concierges for individual documents. It also provides technology for integrating multiple knowledge bases into a cross-document, unified knowledge system.

For companies with many employees, demand is growing for knowledge bases that support internal knowledge sharing, employee training, and operational efficiency.

In the future, the adoption of multi-agent systems is also expected to advance business automation.

However, for multi-agent systems to work as expected, they need access to “memory”: past contexts, decisions, actions, and outcomes.

This is where ThinkNavi’s true value lies.

Start by Introducing It in Your Own Office

Before recommending AI Concierge to your clients, we strongly recommend introducing it first in your own business.

By installing an AI Concierge on your own website, you can show it directly to prospective clients as a practical and persuasive demonstration.

It is easier to sell a service when clients can see that you are already using it yourself.
